Description
An original outfit design based on the pokemon Gyarados.
Overall i'm pretty happy with this considering it literally just began as a random sketch I did whilst I was practising using the tablet this morning.
There are still some rough patches but I think in some places it gives it charm (in a strange sort of way), also i'm still pretty new to the digital art scene, so I feel this reflects my current level better than if I had spent a week or so doing it.
Anyway enjoy

Gyarados Without doubt one of the best Pokémon of the Water / Flying Type registered between the ancient Games of Pokémon. Even the Pre-Evolution of it being a Magikarp, until it's cool but I greatly cut the Shiny form of it.
